Our Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers an opportunity to identify personal areas for growth and to work collaboratively with a therapist to address concerns and work towards your desired quality of life. Your treatment approach can be tailored to meet your individual needs and personality.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can involve any and all members of a family system. The focus of family therapy can include understanding one another’s experiences, improving communication and/or developing strategies to navigate life events.
Athletic Performance
Specific therapy interventions can be used to address performance anxiety and mental barriers to performance. In addition, therapy can teach cognitive strategies to optimize athletic performance and focus.
Experiential Support
Sometimes we all need support in facing our fears to make change. Our therapists offer a variety of in-person supports including:
(1) Therapeutic supported meals for eating disorder recovery
(2) Exposure with response prevention (ERP) for the treatment of phobias and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Eating Disorder Assessments
Beginning eating disorder recovery can be overwhelming—often times individuals don’t know where to start when looking at treatment options. Perspective Therapy offers a 90-minute assessment to assist with determination of appropriate levels of care, psychoeducation and guidance navigating the referral process.
Psychoeducation For Loved Ones
Navigating mental health concerns, much like anything in life, requires support. Perspective Therapy offers education for family members and friends to equip them with the tools to support their loved one throughout their journey to wellness. Topics may include: psychoeducation, support strategies and communication skills.
